Description
La sua forma con due razze ed una comoda corona impugnabile, ben si adatta per la movimentazione di un asse di un macchinario, la chiusura di una morsa oppure per piccole o grandi regolazioni. Il foro dell’inserto ha un piccolo diametro pilota, ma BOTECO è in grado, anche su piccoli lotti , di personalizzare tale foro e adeguarlo alle esigenze del cliente. A chiusura di tale foro troviamo un comodo tappo asportabile, disponibile di diversi colori e facile da personalizzare mediante tampografia. Prodotto adatto per macchine utensili manuali, trapani, foratrici, macchine per imballaggio, seghe e seghetti, macchine per confezionamento, attrezzature alimentari. Il volantino di manovra a razze D205 è fatto con materiali a base di poliammide rinforzata con additivi stabilizzanti, per garantire una ottima planarità e circolarità. Questo modello è una versione base, ma può essere richiesto con diversi modelli di manici girevoli, pieghevoli, (volantino a razze con manico pieghevole, volantino a razze “EUROMODEL”, volantino a disco pieno, volantino pieno con manico ad incasso, volantino in metallo, ecc.)

On request and with a minimum of 50 pieces, the inserts can be supplied with the hole d1 with H7 tolerance and black-oxide finish.
