Indexed clamping lever with screw and threaded insert is the standard version in our catalogue, unlike the fixed one with button (A582) which is more economical. The sturdiness and closure strength are the same for the entire series. The presence of the fixing screw has two main advantages: the first is the possibility of tightening the lever using a screwer; the second is the possibility, where the lever cannot be rotated through 360° for assembly, of loosening the screw and consequently disassembling the lever and then reassembling it in position on the application. Its shape and the possibility of raising the handle body and positioning it at a different angle means it can be used in confined spaces where there is no room for full rotation such as on machine tools, woodworking machines, packaging machines, or other equipment or machinery.
